Neutron Energy Control Corporation, established 1977, is South Africa's longest established and best known name in the Power Factor Correction market. We offer solutions that enable commercial and industrial energy customers metered in KVA to reduce their reactive energy consumption and total costs by as much as 35%.

Technically Power Factor is the ratio of actual power (active power) used in a circuit, expressed in watt or more commonly kilowatt (kW), to the power which is apparently being drawn from the mains, expressed in volt-ampere or more commonly kilo volt-ampere (KVA). Power Factor savings are only affected for the larger electricity users whose electricity consumption is measured in terms of KVA and not only KW/h.

We offer countrywide services relating to the most advanced products in the power factor correction industry, voltage stabilizers and energy saving devices like LED Lighting and Solar powered devices countrywide and arguably have the most extensive experience in our respective fields spanning a collective 50 years.
